Orange County’s Personnel/HR Administrators group (PERAD) is a networking and information-sharing group that consists of the district’s chief HR administrator and the district’s primary HR administrator for certificated and classified public school district staff within Orange County. The group meets most months of the school year, typically the second Thursday of the month at the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) administrative offices.
